Just to let you know that the October CPI inflation index (which affects next year’s Pitch Fee) is 4.6%.

      Well, the way it works is that the index rate sets a “cap”, or in other words, dictates the maximum total rise that could be applied. With one possible but unlikely exception – if the site owner intends to propose significant improvements to the site (which would need to be proposed and explained in detail beforetime. )
