The Residents’ Association

The Association is open to residents of Stud Farm Park Homes.

Having a Residents’ Association working for the benefit of all parties concerned with the Park, provides a level of certainty, security and peace of mind for both residents and the site owner.

The Association has two main aims:

1) To work towards maintaining good relationships with the site owner, and with any other bodies (for example the Local Council or Utilities) where park home residents might benefit from the ability to be represented, and to speak with a single voice.

2) In the event that significant changes are proposed to the Park or its operation, to ensure that proper consultation procedures are followed, and in the event that a dispute arises regarding such changes, to be able to access dispute resolution services on behalf of its members.

An Executive comprised of the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, work all year round on behalf of members. An Annual General Meeting is held once per year. Other General Meetings may be called occasionally, to deal with specific matters.
